  Our waiter was outstanding. It was our first time in a Korean BBQ resturant and he was very helpful.
  
  First let this review dispel the other reviews regarding the added cost of filet mignon. It is on the menu and there is no upcharge. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the filet mignon arrives cut into bite size pieces but the rib eye is served whole.
  
  The food was good, salad outstanding and drinks excellent. We will be back.

  Been here a couple of times for lunch, which is the best deal at $15 for AYCE. I like primarily brisket, which is included in the menu. I also like that there are not a ton of the sides that are already on the table because I usually don't eat them and feel bad that I waste it. There are a few items that you can request though, such as rice cakes, and of course, steamed rice.
  
  The service is great as they keep the meat coming quickly and will occasionally help you cook. The restaurant is large so I have yet to have to wait at lunch, but imagine dinner is busier. If you ask, they will bring you a double portion. They did this on their own at first since they noticed I was only ordering brisket. It is worth the drive if you are coming from far away.

  Q Korean Steakhouse (7/10) is a fairly spacious AYCE (all you can eat) Korean bbq place. Some of the photos and menu has changed from what I saw on yelp before coming. Originally they had a deal for $25 for dinner with all meats including filet mignon but now it's $27 per person and now filet mignon is a la carry. So be warned. Overall meat quality was decent. I'd avoid the brisket and go straight for the Q steak or the seasoned ribeye as those were much better quality. Personally seems like this place will continue the price hike on their menu as quality diminishes and less people come.
  
  AMBIANCE: (8/10) Q Korean Steakhouse had a interesting industrial interior with metal gratings. They had Kpop videos on several monitors for that ambiance and overall was okay. Fairly clean and very spacious.
  
  CUSTOMER SERVICE: (6/10) Staff was friendly but not as tentative. Usually I'm not a sticker for this however the restaurant was quite empty when we went and we still had to wait a while to ask for the next item.
  
  FOOD: (8.5/10) $27 per person
  So we ordered brisket, seasoned ribeye, and Q steak. The brisket was very bland even with the sauces. Go straight for the big items. The ribeye had a chunkier bite to it and the seasoning on the Q steak was very good. They took a while bringing out the meats so as a result we got full from waiting. The side dishes that came with it were okay. Some of the kimchi was dry, the rice cakes were somewhat crusty and now as soft and chewy as they are supposed to be. I found them to be pretty hit or miss to be honest. Overall if you want good meat you won't be disappointed with some of the premium options. Everything else seemed lackluster and almost like they are cutting corners to save money and hoping people fill up on those.

  Updated review 9/22/19.  The managers have reached out to me and they really care about the customer service.  I had to ding people on their reviews so I have raised the star rating back to 5 stars.  They have invited me back for a complimentary meal to discuss the issues I had with them. That's really top notch and I commend them for that. Good attitudes and great follow up customer service gets you far in this business.  I will definitely be back again.  Hopefully they bring back the Filet Mignon back on their buffet menu.  And maybe some more new side dishes with hotter grills.

  I have had the pleasure of eating here multiple times. I love bringing friends and family here to give them a completely different dining experience. The food is amazing, but the overall experience is even better. Staff is attentive and friendly.
